Will insurance cover the cost of cosmetic procedures?
Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by insurance. Payment is required at time of service.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms. This will also allow us to provide you and other clients with prompt appointments.
If there is hair located in the area to be treated, please shave that area the night prior to your appointment. The only exception is if you are undergoing a laser hair removal treatment.
Can I complete any paperwork in advance?
Yes! Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment date, time and address.
The email will also contain a link which will bring you into your secure patient portal. All forms including medical history and consent forms will be in your portal to review and sign before your appointment.
What clothing should I wear?
Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. It is best to wear loose fitted clothing. If applicable, feel free to bring shorts.
What if I have medical concerns?
Address any concerns prior to treatment, i.e pregnancy, allergies, recent surgeries, or other medical conditions. You may also want to discuss concerns with your primary doctor before scheduling an appointment.
When should I book my appointment?
Please book appointments at least two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card.
What happens if I have to cancel my appointment?
Canceled, missed, or rescheduled appointments with less than 48-hours notice are subject to a $100 fee.
What is your refund policy?
All sales of products and services are final at the time of purchase. Returns are not accepted.
